Structured Learning Path includes training in Strategy Development, Financial Modelling, Digital Transformation, Market Research, Recruitment, and more while having continuous assessments to track and optimise individual performance and skills.
Program Phases
- Onboarding & Familiarisation as a start with Immersion into overall business operations & core strategy.
- Phase 1: Strategy-focused attachment, gaining real-world exposure to strategic business planning and execution.
- Phase 2: Interest-focused departmental rotations (3 to 6 months per department), tailored to your strengths and the organization's needs.
- Phase 3 & Permanent Placement : Final sprint attachment based on departmental needs and your career interests, preparing for permanent placement discussions.
