
Human Resource Assistant
- Assist in executing HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, and offboarding.
- Support recruitment activities including interview scheduling and maintaining the talent database.
- Assist with payroll and benefits tasks, such as attendance consolidation, overtime calculation, and allowance submissions.
- Support employee training programs and engagement activities to foster positive employee relations.
- Maintain and organize HR documents, reports, and records of personnel changes.
- Respond to general HR-related inquiries and provide administrative and process support.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and procurement-related duties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR or related functions.
- Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Malay; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and general HR administrative procedures.
- Strong execution skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Basic problem-solving skills with a proactive and responsible work attitude.
- Detail-oriented, patient, and passionate about human resources with excellent interpersonal skills.
