- Handle daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, voucher preparation, and account reconciliation.
- Manage general financial and tax-related tasks to ensure accurate accounting records.
- Responsible for cashier duties, including cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and fund allocation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and tax documents in compliance with local regulations.
- Communicate and coordinate with government agencies (e.g., tax authorities, financial institutions) under supervisor’s guidance.
- Organize and maintain financial records to ensure completeness and easy retrieval.
- Perform other finance and accounting tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or cashier-related roles, with basic financial processing skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting and bookkeeping; familiar with accounting standards and financial procedures.
- Familiarity with Malaysian tax regulations and basic tax filing procedures is a plus.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
