  • Order Processing & Invoicing – Handle order entries, issue invoices, and ensure timely payments.
  • Administrative & Documentation – Maintain office records, filing systems, and organize company documents.
  • Petty Cash & Basic Accounting Support – Manage petty cash transactions, process expense claims, and assist in bookkeeping tasks.
  • HR & Admin Support – Assist in employee attendance tracking, leave records, and basic HR documentation.
  • Daily Operations & Coordination – Support office management, liaise with vendors, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Other Duties Assigned by Management – Handle any additional tasks as required.
  • Minimum education is Secondary School Certificates.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic reading & writing skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, proactive, and detail oriented.
  • No experience required; training provided.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, and accounting software preferred).
  • Willing to work 5.5 days per week in a dynamic and supportive environment
