- Conduct regular evaluations of teaching performance and student outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in education.
- At least 5 years of experience in Mandarin language education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Proven experience managing teams and overseeing operations in an educational setting.
- Bachelor's degree in education, Mandarin Language, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of Mandarin language education and curriculum development.
- Proficient in using educational technology and management systems.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to foster a positive, collaborative environment.
- Passion for education and student success.
