1. Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and motivate a team of teachers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality educational delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new and existing teachers.

2. Center Operations:

4. Student & Parent Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students and their families.
  • Address concerns and feedback promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

5. Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Handle budget planning, resource allocation, and center-related administrative tasks.
  • Prepare reports on student progress, center performance, and teacher development.

6. Quality Assurance:

  • Conduct regular evaluations of teaching performance and student outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in education.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Mandarin language education, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role.
  • Proven experience managing teams and overseeing operations in an educational setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in education, Mandarin Language, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of Mandarin language education and curriculum development.
  • Proficient in using educational technology and management systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to foster a positive, collaborative environment.
  • Passion for education and student success.
  • Experience working in an international or bilingual education environment.
  • Additional certifications or training in educational leadership or Mandarin language instruction.
