This is a full-time position based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, your role is crutial in driving the success and growth of our restaurant operations. Main focus on providing exceptional customer service, you will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of the restaurant's daily activities.

Description of job

  • Assist the Restaurant Manager in the overall management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, inventory control, and financial management
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and profitability
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the Restaurant Manager
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu items are delivered consistently and to the highest quality
  • Oversee staff scheduling, training, and development to create a positive and productive work environment
  • Assist with the implementation of marketing and promotional initiatives to drive increased revenue
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and legal regulations
