[HIRING] HR cum Admin Executive – Full-Time
Location: Ampang, Kuala Lumpur
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Working Days: 5 days/week
Salary: RM3500- RM4500

Job Responsibilities:

Human Resource Duties:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment (posting job ads, screening, arranging interviews)
• Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documentation
• Maintain employee records and manage HR filing systems
• Monitor attendance, leave, and staff scheduling
• Assist in payroll processing and claims verification
• Handle staff grievances and support employee engagement
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies

Administrative Duties:
• Manage general admin tasks
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Assist with document preparation and reports
• Liaise with external vendors and service providers
• Support management with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor or management



Requirements:
• Minimum 1–2 years of HR/admin experience preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Able to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic HR tools
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
