- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining and updating various office records, databases, and filing systems

- Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and document preparation
- Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.

- Assist HR manager on monthly payroll preparation and calculation.
