Company Policy 1 To assist to set-up company Employee Service Manual for monthly paid employee, piece rated and daily rated employee, foreign contract employee. 2 To assist to set-up HR Department Procedure. 3 To ensure the policy is being followed and carry out effectively. 4 To ensure Company Policy and procedure is spell clearly and understand by the employee. Recruitment 1 To plan the recruitment strategy. 2 To co-ordinate in foreign workers recruitment. 3 To ensure the recruitment is done successfully and employed suitable candidate to fill the appropriate position. Training 1 To be responsible in giving an In-House Training/HR Refresh Training in order to update all related HR Policies, Procedures and all related HR matters to all employee. 2 To ensure training is done smoothly and effectively. ISO 9002 Compliance 1 To ensure all required/necessary document is filling and recorded according to Company Procedure in order to fulfill ISO requirements. Industrial Relation 1 To enforce Company Rules and Regulations, counseling and disciplinary procedure. 2 Facilitates communication among employees and management by providing guidance and consultation regarding problem solving, dispute resolution, regulatory compliance, litigation avoidance and strives to resolve internal conflict informally through appropriate conflict management and mediation techniques. 3 Conflict Management at the factory/locational level before they spill over into widespread legal matters or even strikes and lawsuits 4 Communicate important business decisions to employees and relay employee communication back to the management. 5 Maintaining and managing employee discipline at all level. 6 Maintain good relationships between employers and employees 7 Examine and attempt to resolve industrial disputes and grievances in the workplace HR Matters 1 To liaise with Government Department if needed in all issues concerning HR matters. 2 To be responsible in any application to Government Department on HR matter. 3 To ensure smooth running of HR Department. Foreign Recruitment 1 New recruitment -- To assist in piece rated daily rated foreign workers recruitment. -- To liaise with GA Section on the hostel accommodation arrangement. -- To apply “Calling VISA” from the Malaysia Immigresen before arrival of worker. -- To apply the worker “Employment Pass” upon arrival through Foreign Workers Immigresen Department. -- To arrange Workman Compensation Insurance. 2 Renewal of Foreign Employment Pass -- To monitor HR Officer for FCW medical checkup with FOMEMA before expiry of Employment Pass date. -- To monitor HR Officer to renew FCW passport if necessary. -- To monitor HR Officer to apply “Employment Pass” for those passed medical examination. -- To arrange Workman Compensation Insurance. 3 Termination of contract -- Contract of service expiry, failed Medical Report and charged of major misconduct issue. -- To arrange Departure Flight / Ferry ticket back to home country. -- To apply check out memo with Foreign Worker Immigration Department.
