Recruitment & Staffing: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including documentation, orientation, and training. Employee Relations: Provide support in handling employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and maintaining employee records. Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives and programs. HR Administration: Manage and update employee records in HRIS (Human Resource Information System). Training & Development: Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops to support employee skill development. Help coordinate leadership development and succession planning programs. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure HR processes comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. Assist with preparing HR-related reports for management and stakeholders. Policy & Procedure Implementation: Support the development, communication, and enforcement of HR policies and procedures. Monitor compliance with company policies and recommend improvements where necessary. General HR Support: Assist in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Serve as a point of contact for employees to address HR-related inquiries. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR or a related field In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and HRIS systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus.
