The Mission You Will Take on – What You Will Do • Handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. • Cultivate strong client orientation standards, understand their unique project management requirements, and tailor recruitment solutions to exceed expectations. • Implement recruitment strategies to attract talent, reduce time-to-hire, streamline hiring process end-to-end. • Facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. • Oversee workforce performance, attendance, and productivity. • Act as the main HR contact between employees and the client. • Maintain HR records and resolve workplace issues. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing efficient HR solutions.
