- Handle and manage daily administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining accurate inventory and stock records.
- Support the team with purchasing and vendor management, including processing purchase orders and invoices.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies and F&B regulations.
- Assist in preparing reports, memos, and correspondence for management.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and other departments for operational needs.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role (experience in F&B preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent software.
- Well-versed in Mandarin, English and Malay.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
