1. Supervise, lead and train Rooms Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Laundry Attendants as well as any casual workers from time to time. 2. Conduct spot check on vacant rooms to ensure they are ready for occupancy, as well as seeking feedback from in-house guests on the room setup and cleanliness level. 3. Ensure all public areas within the guest floors, including staircases are well maintained. 4. Plan and implement scheduled projects and special projects for all guest rooms, especially for deep cleaning program. 5. Prepare daily maid assignment report. Ensure all assignments are well and fairly distributed. Verify and update all maid assignment report at the end of the shift. 6. Ensure no abuse and wastage for all guest supplies, including bath and room amenities, food & beverage supplies. 7. Issue and check daily stocks and guest supplies. Raise up requisition as necessary. 8. Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out properly as stipulated in standard procedures. 9. Fully aware of key control and policies, especially on usage of master keys. 10. Deputize the Housekeeping Supervisor during his/her absence. 11. Prepare duty roster for the Room Attendants based on occupancy and rooms turnover rate. 12. Organize and conduct monthly inventory for linen, guest supplies as well as operating equipment as determined by established policy. 13. Ensure all working tools and equipment are in good working condition and following proper usage procedures and method. 14. Coordinate closely with front office department to ensure all guest rooms are well set up prior to rooming in a guest.
