Production Manager

Production Manager: Job Description: • Manage and oversee all aspects of SMT line and backend assembly line output, and resource allocation. • To lead and motivate a group of production Supervisors, leaders, and production operators to meet production scheduled output. • Coordinates production activities with other functional groups such as planning and quality team to ensure on time delivery to customer. • To manage and ensure that manpower is properly utilized and controlled to minimize bottlenecks in the production lines through constant monitoring of production planning. • To ensure production operators are trained and strictly follow work instructions. • Responsible for achieving, monitoring, and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • To ensure quality plans, procedures, and processes are adhered and high-quality products are being shipped to the customers. • Maintain efficiency and a disciplined workforce by monitoring absenteeism and tardiness and adherence to the company's rules and regulations to attain a high standard of workmanship. Skills and Qualification: • Possess at least a diploma in any discipline. • Minimum 10 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment. • Self-motivated with an analytical mind, good coordination, and organizational and interpersonal skills. • Must have strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees • Production Managers with experience in managing SMT line and back-end assembly line in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) Industry are welcome to apply.
