Job Description:
- Case Management : To monitor progress of each legal matter within the Company (and it's group of companies) including gathering or requesting for requisite information or documentation from internal stakeholders, coordination on each matter until matter is closed.
- Legal research : Conduct legal research as may be assigned from time to time and staying up to date on changes in laws and on new developments on laws, rules and regulations concerning business affairs of the Company (and it's group of companies).
- Perform administrative works such as document management and to ensure that all the filing and documentation system is in order.
- Liaise with the internal and external stakeholders in relation to legal-related matters.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB), Administrative Sciences, Office Management and related.
- Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 8-12 months
Pay: Up to RM2,000.00 per month
