Most of the work will be related to: - Participation in promotional campaigns to spread the brand awareness in the city. - Approaching potential business partners of the company with propose of extensive and fruitful cooperation. - Work with promoters. - Online communication with drivers: registration in mobile application, assisting with work related issues; - Processing requests and feedback from users (live chat, outbound calls, face-to-face); - Tracking the quality of the provided service and handling objections. Requirements: - SPM/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply); - Strong command of English; - Sales or Customer Service experience will be an advantage; - Positive attitude, friendly and outgoing personality; - Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills; - Computer literate (MS Office).
