
Assistant Account Officer
• Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
• Reconcile bank statements and financial documents
• Support in preparing financial reports and documents for audits
• Handle general administrative tasks related to accounting
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders when necessary
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in an accounting role (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, or QuickBooks)
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
