
Trade-In Support
Responsibilities:
- Assist store staff in handling the trade-in process for customers.
- Guide customers on trade-in device evaluation.
- Answer customer questions about trade-in pricing, requirements, and promotions.
- Troubleshoot any trade-in-related issues and escalate concerns if needed.
- Ensure all necessary documents and device details are recorded accurately.
- Provide basic technical assistance related to trade-in requirements.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly attitude at all times.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of smartphones.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
- Willingness to undergo a short training session before deployment.
-Time for training: Friday (1pm - 6pm) . Location: Qsentral, Kuala Lumpur
Working day: 29-Mar, Sat & 30-Mar, Sun (only 2 days)
Working time: 11.00am - 8.00pm (9 hours including lunch)
Working location: Midvalley & The Gardens
- RM 120/Per day
- Meal allowance and Transport Allowance Provided.
