
Maintenance Mechanic
1.Actively Respond to customer complaints and support needs of the sales department, handle complaints in a timely manner, work closely with the department team to ensure customer satisfaction;
2. Analyze and follow up technical product problems reported by customers, through email communication to take the preventive actions and solutions accordingly;
3. Responsible for carrying out regular quality visits to major customers, collect and summarize product after-sales problems, communicating with technical, production and R&D departments, and putting forward suggestions on product optimization;
4.Prepare all kinds of documents, videos, inspection reports and English service manuals required by customers to provide technical support materials for customers;
5. Classification and analysis the fault data of after-sale maintenance work, and provides guiding data for the company’s quality department to improve quality.
1.Bachelor degree or above in electronics related field;
2.1-3 years experience in international after-sales or customer service of electromechanical products, strong ability in electronic fault analysis and judgment, experience in solving problems on international business is preferred;
3.Proficient in English listening, speaking, writing and application skills, able to handle with customer complaints and reply messages quickly;
4. Have a deep understanding of the circuit and structure, can accurately and quickly locate the fault components;
5.Proficient in office software, flexible mind, clear thinking, strong sense of responsibility and time concept;
6.Healthy and energetic; Strong anti-stress, good teamwork spirit.
