  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Receive and unpack materials and stock when shipment arrival or ordering for replenishment.
  • Maintain stock level and inform when there is stock running low and reports for ordering.
  • Update manager from time to time for which stock is not moving or less focus so that can plan for pushing online sales / offline sales campaign.
  • Co-work with the admin operation to ensure the stock are in good condition and organize accordingly.
  • Reports damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes.
  • Make sure the stock is in order and easily accessible.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the office especially for the office showroom.
  • Prepare and ready stock for international shipment once the commercial invoice and packing list is ready by admin.
  • Fulfil orders and packaging from marketplace and webstore.
  • Drop off MBE for the parcels daily for the marketplace and marketplace orders.

Education Requirement:

  • Diploma in warehouse and logistic management is compulsory and Stock management skillset.
  • Minimum must have 3 years above working experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment is preferred.
  • Experience with inventory management systems is an advantage.
  • Have technical background for plumbing and piping, repairing and fixing is good advantage.

    Skillset:

    • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling products and maintaining records.
    • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
    • Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
    • Have own transportation
    • Have Driving License Class D
