
Quality Control Engineer (QC / QA)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare Detailed Electric Motor Inspection Reports – Document findings and recommend necessary improvements.
- Perform Electrical Tests – Inspect motor winding resistance, insulation, and all the necessary electrical tests.
- Conduct Mechanical QC Inspections – Verify shaft alignment, bearing fitting, and housing precision before motor assembly.
- Perform No-Load & Vibration Testing – Ensure motors meet efficiency, noise, and stability standards.
- Perform Final QC Before Delivery – Confirm that motors pass all internal and customer specifications before shipment.
- Monitor and Verify Production Quality – Ensure all production processes align with industry best practices and standards.
- Maintain Quality Control Records – Keep track of test results, defects, and corrective actions.
- Identify & Troubleshoot Quality Issues – Detect root causes of defects and propose corrective/preventive measures.
- Recommend Process Enhancements – Work closely with operation teams to improve product consistency and efficiency.
- Collaborate with Operation and Management Teams – Share findings and ideas to improve operation and performance.
- Perform Other Ad-Hoc Duties – Support the quality and engineering teams as required.
- Work in Hazardous Environments – Ensure proper safety measures are followed when working in industrial.

- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering – Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical principles.
- Experience in Quality Inspection (Advantageous) – Even if you’re fresh, exposure to QC processes is a plus.
