Key Responsibilities: ( Please Read Before Apply )- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the EMS , Semiconductor tester markets. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions while engaging in frequent face-to-face interactions.
- Technical Expertise: Apply your technical knowledge to support sales efforts, offer solutions, and address issues related. Also must know how to operate selling product equipment.
- Market Exploration: Actively seek out new markets and opportunities by traveling domestically and internationally. Attend industry events and engage with potential clients is must.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations. Negotiate terms and close deals effectively.
- After-Sales Service: Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale, including follow-up services, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction with our products.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and product development teams to align client needs with company capabilities.
Degree: A bachelor's or master's degree in Electronics , or a related field is MUST!- Work Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the SMT equipment or electronic instrument sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of circuit / electronics
- Track Record: Demonstrated success in sales with verifiable achievements. Solid performance history in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Equip Operation: Must Know how to operate selling product equipment (Operation session will be ready)
- Skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills, with a strong ability to secure deals and drive revenue.
- Work Ethic: Hardworking, dedicated, and eager to engage directly with clients and markets rather than being confined to an office.
- Customer Service: Ability to provide excellent after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Market Analysis: Capability to conduct market research, analyse industry trends and competition, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Malay. Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
