We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our organization. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring that the company’s financial practices are in compliance with all regulations. This role will involve working closely with various departments to monitor and control costs, maintain accurate financial records, and provide valuable insights to guide business decisions.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reporting:- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement.
- Develop and maintain accounting SOP to enhance accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting.
Budgeting & Forecasting:- Lead the budgeting process, working with department heads to create and update annual and project-specific budgets.
- Prepare financial forecasts to predict future trends and resource needs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Cost Management & Project Cost Analysis:- Analyze and track project costs, ensuring that all expenses remain within the approved budget.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify discrepancies between forecasted and actual costs, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with project managers to optimize cost efficiency without compromising quality or timelines.
Account Reconciliation & Financial Accuracy:- Ensure timely and accurate account reconciliations for general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Monitor transactions to ensure financial accuracy and integrity, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Financial Analysis & Strategic Insights:- Provide financial analysis to support decision-making, identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Create financial reports that highlight key trends, performance metrics, and financial health for senior management.
Compliance & Audit:- Ensure the company’s financial activities comply with local and international tax regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and manage the audit process to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Team Leadership & Development:
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (required).
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting, with a minimum of 3-4 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
