Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.
- Source and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing, quality, and delivery.
- Oversee purchase orders and ensure timely receipt of goods.
- Manage supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and standards.
- Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Develop and manage procurement budgets, ensuring cost control.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
- Lead and mentor the procurement team.
- Provide procurement reports and market trend analysis.
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 5+ years of procurement or purchasing in construction field experience, including leadership.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Experience with procurement software and inventory tools.
- Ability to manage budgets and analyze spending patterns.
