Position Overview:
Provide administrative services for the MCB Program Office under the supervision of the MCB Senior Program Managers and Deputy Director
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions**):
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including data entry, mailing, scanning and faxing.
- Arrange for class bookings with the AV and Campus Services & Operations “CAS” teams.
- Maintain hard copy filing system.
- Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
- Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices and recordkeeping systems.
- Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
- Support the team with content creation, social media management, and/or campaign coordination.
- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
