- Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
- Organize internal activities and events such as team-building sessions, small celebrations, and employee appreciation initiatives.
- Plan and manage birthday celebrations, employee gifting, and festive gifts for clients (following company protocols).
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment through effective engagement strategies.
- Employee Benefits & Welfare
- Manage employee benefits, including leave, medical claims, and company perks.
- Ensure all employee benefits programs are communicated effectively and fairly implemented.
- Work closely with management to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Administrative & Coordination Tasks
- Assist in HR documentation, reporting, and payroll coordination where necessary.
- Work with other departments to support HR-related needs and initiatives.
- Stay updated with HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance.
