Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
  1. Compliance & Policy Enforcement
  • Ensure all HR practices align with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Uphold company rules and take appropriate action in case of non-compliance.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related policies, including leave, benefits, and workplace conduct.
  1. Employee Engagement & Workplace Culture
  • Organize internal activities and events such as team-building sessions, small celebrations, and employee appreciation initiatives.
  • Plan and manage birthday celebrations, employee gifting, and festive gifts for clients (following company protocols).
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment through effective engagement strategies.
  1. Employee Benefits & Welfare
  • Manage employee benefits, including leave, medical claims, and company perks.
  • Ensure all employee benefits programs are communicated effectively and fairly implemented.
  • Work closely with management to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
  1. Administrative & Coordination Tasks
  • Assist in HR documentation, reporting, and payroll coordination where necessary.
  • Work with other departments to support HR-related needs and initiatives.
  • Stay updated with HR best practices and employment laws to ensure compliance.
