Job Purpose: The International Marketing & Business Development Manager is responsible for expanding Quantum Medical Solutions' presence in global markets, with a focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing partnerships, and enhancing brand awareness. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of the healthcare and medical solutions sector, capable of driving international growth and building relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: 1. International Market Strategy and Expansion • Develop and execute the international business development strategy, including market entry strategies for targeted regions. • Identify potential growth opportunities in international markets and build a pipeline of strategic partnerships and clients. • Analyze global trends and competitor activities to inform strategy and ensure Quantum Medical Solutions remains competitive. • Plan and implement strategies to diversify the company’s market share and expand in high-potential regions. 2. Marketing Strategy and Brand Development • Formulate an international marketing plan that aligns with corporate objectives, with measurable goals for brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition. • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with target markets. • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve KPIs. • Build Quantum Medical Solutions' brand reputation through digital channels, exhibitions, conferences, and thought leadership. 3. Partnership and Relationship Management • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with distributors, healthcare providers, industry associations, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate market entry and growth. • Negotiate and secure partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing mutual benefits. • Maintain strong relationships with existing international clients, conducting regular reviews and assessments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 4. Sales and Revenue Generation • Establish revenue targets for international markets and work to achieve or exceed these targets through new client acquisitions, partnerships, and upselling. • Identify and respond to RFQs/RFPs, collaborating with relevant teams to submit high-quality proposals. • Lead the sales process for international clients, from initial engagement through to contract negotiation and closure. 5. Cross-functional Collaboration and Support** • Work closely with Product Development, Operations, and Customer Support teams to ensure the smooth delivery and customization of solutions for international clients. • Provide feedback to internal teams based on market insights and client needs to inform product development and service improvement. • Lead training and development initiatives for cross-functional teams to ensure they are equipped to support international growth strategies. 6. Reporting and Performance Tracking** • Prepare and present regular reports to the CEO on market insights, progress against KPIs, and recommendations for strategic adjustments. • Use CRM tools and analytics to track the performance of international marketing and business development activities, ensuring alignment with budgetary and strategic goals. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)” 1. Revenue Growth in Target Markets • Objective: Achieve revenue growth targets for new international markets. • Measurement: Percentage increase in revenue from international sales year-over-year. 2. New Market Penetration • Objective: Successfully enter new geographical regions. • Measurement: Number of new markets or countries successfully entered within the fiscal year. 3. Customer Acquisition and Retention • Objective: Drive acquisition of new clients and retain existing clients. • Measurement: Number of new clients acquired and retention rate of international clients. 4. Partnership Development and Management • Objective: Build and maintain partnerships that support the company’s international expansion goals. • Measurement: Number of strategic partnerships formed, revenue generated from partnerships, and partner satisfaction ratings. 5. Campaign Effectiveness • Objective: Implement high-impact marketing campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes. • Measurement: Campaign KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rate, cost per lead, and ROI. 6. Brand Awareness • Objective: Increase brand recognition and establish Quantum Medical Solutions as a trusted name in target markets. • Measurement: Brand awareness score in target markets, website traffic from targeted international regions, and engagement on digital channels. 7. Profitability • Objective: Maintain or improve the profitability of international operations. • Measurement: Profit margin from international sales, reduction in customer acquisition cost. 8. CRM and Data Management • Objective: Leverage CRM tools to effectively track and manage customer and partner interactions. • Measurement: Frequency and accuracy of CRM updates, adherence to data management standards, and CRM data completeness. Qualifications and Skills • Education: bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus. • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in international marketing and business development, preferably within the medical solutions or healthcare industry. Skills: • Strategic thinking and analytical skills • Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities • Proficiency in digital marketing and CRM software • Knowledge of international regulations and market dynamics in the healthcare sector • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
