Clinic Nurse Supervisor / Medical Supervisor/Penyelia Klinik

Job Description 1. Supervise day-to-day clinic operations to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures. 2. Oversee and ensure efficient counter service, including patient registration, answering inquiries, dispensing medication, cashiering, etc. 3. Manage administrative duties, such as organizing staff schedules, maintaining records, and handling inventory. 4. Train and mentor clinic assistants to ensure they perform their duties effectively. 5. Assist doctors during consultations and clinical procedures as necessary. 6. Coordinate with healthcare providers to process patients' claims efficiently. 7. Collaborate with clinic management to improve efficiency and effectiveness in clinic operations. Requirements 1. Minimum SPM / Diploma in Nursing with basic computer skills. 2. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the relevant industry. 3. Excellent administrative abilities and strong leadership qualities. 4. Good communication skills with a service-oriented attitude.
