Job Descriptions : - Responsible for the daily administration of the district centre and is required to assist Area Manager/Asst Area Manager in general clerical duties. - To assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports and photographs for Progress Report and Executive Report submissions. - To issue store requisition notes. - To maintain the equipment ledger and office stationery and equipment ledger, office inventory list, file documents and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
