- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
