Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management roles, preferably in the automotive industry.Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.Willingness to travel as needed.
