  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management roles, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data and market trends to inform decision-making.
