  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee supply chain operations, including production planning, inventory management, logistics, and shipping.
  • Develop and implement SOPs and action plans to standardize systems and processes, aligning with industry best practices.
  • Establish and optimize replenishment models to balance cost, quality, lead times, and inventory levels.
  • Implement and enhance systems such as MPS, JIT, MRP, and LSS to improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
  • Manage raw materials, semi-finished, and finished goods inventory while ensuring the timely clearance of slow-moving stock.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual processes through digitization and software integration.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach team members to enhance performance and achieve departmental KPIs.

Requirements

  • Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management or related
  • At least 8 years of experience in manufacturing
  • Candidates with previous working experience in Glove Manufacturing is highly advantageous.
  • Candidates who are already in Perak will be prioritized for this job. Candidates who are willing to relocate can be considered.
