Job Brief

Your Role:

  • Create engaging short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit weekly content aligned with our brand direction.
  • Manage our social media accounts (posting, replying, scheduling).
  • Monitor social media trends and propose fresh, creative ideas.
  • Work closely with our marketing and product teams to promote our solutions in fun and impactful ways.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Students in Mass Communication, Media, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in video storytelling, TikTok trends, and digital content.
  • Comfortable with basic video editing (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush).
  • A good sense of humor, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently, meet content deadlines, and communicate effectively.

Requirements

  • With/Without a Diploma or Degree program in Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Passion for TikTok and short-form video content creation.
  • Familiar with social media platforms: TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Basic video shooting and editing skills using apps like CapCut, VN, InShot, or similar.
  • Strong storytelling skills and a creative mindset.
  • Good command of English and/or Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Able to work independently and meet content deadlines.
  • Willing to learn, take feedback positively, and experiment with new ideas.
  • Bonus: Experience in managing social media accounts or creating viral content (personal or university projects welcome!).

Job Types: Full-time
Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay: Commission
