Responsibilities
Conduct talent availability and salary research using external and internal data sources to provide insights to key business units.
Employ up-to-date and suitable methodologies to continuously maintain and update the internal repository of talent data.
Research and prepare reports relevant to the talent market in our key locations, such as salary increment report, job market trends report and so on.
Utilizing data analytics to identify patterns or potential areas for improvement in business practices.
Proactively track and analyze market trends and movements to maintain the relevancy and precision of our data.
Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to validate, verify, and enhance talent data accuracy and strategic insights.
Continuously monitor and improve the quality and integrity of research data.
Work closely with the Business Intelligence and Product Development team on related projects
Qualifications
Must have skill:
5+ years of working experience with 2+ years of experience in market research / data analysis / business analysis / business intelligence / business intelligence / business intelligence or other relevant areas.
Analytical - able to identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns
Experience in cleansing and organizing data into reports or dashboard.
Intermediate level in Microsoft Excel.
Good foundation of dealing and understanding data
Good to have:
Experience in data analytics or business intelligence tools or skills such as advanced Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.
Experience in process improvement or automation to improve overall efficiency
Exposure in recruitment or talent-related industries would be a plus
Soft skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Solution driven and resourceful
A self-starter with minimal supervision required
Proactive in continuous improvement
Organized and structured, attentive to details
Ability to work well in a team and cross-functional collaboration
Writing proper reports
