Responsible for the daily administration of the district center and is required to assist Area Manager/Asst Area Manager in general clerical duties.
To assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports and photographs for Progress Report and Executive Report submissions.
To issue store requisition notes.
To maintain the equipment ledger and office stationery and equipment ledger, office inventory list, file documents and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Requirements:
- Computer literate (Word & Excel).
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa.
- SPM/ Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
- Based in Beaufort
