Job Descriptions

  • Responsible for the daily administration of the district center and is required to assist Area Manager/Asst Area Manager in general clerical duties.

  • To assist in compiling weekly/monthly reports and photographs for Progress Report and Executive Report submissions.

  • To issue store requisition notes.

  • To maintain the equipment ledger and office stationery and equipment ledger, office inventory list, file documents and handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.

Requirements:

  • Computer literate (Word & Excel).
  • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa.
  • SPM/ Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
  • Based in Beaufort
