As a Product Data Analyst, you will learn about comprehension and knowledge of the business processes and systems which interact and utilize product information.

Who You Are:
  • Excels in data analysis and possesses a business analyst mindset with strong abstract thinking skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and adapt to change.
Desired skills and experience:
  • Bachelor's degree holders in a related field (i.e., Data Management, MIS, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or Engineering).
  • Preferable candidates with 1-2 years of work experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Required proficiency in using Excel, Access, and various Mass Loading Tools for Data Loading.
  • Ability to comprehend technical documentation, such as Statement of Line and Engineering documents.
  • Knowledge of SAP desired but not mandatory, gained from academic coursework, certification programs, or practical experience.
    • Familiarity with SAP Variant Configuration methods, including developing rules with executable code, desired but not mandatory.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Evaluate existing product data models into new product models as required by Marketing, Engineering, Sales, PIC, Sourcing, Manufacturing Operations, and Distribution.
  • Validate the data representation of product models in support of the product development, order fulfillment, life-cycle maintenance, customer service, specials, pricing, order planning and scheduling, inventory management and electronic catalog processes.
  • Ensure consistency between database and publications. The emphasis is on data integrity, providing efficient order specification, pricing, manufacturing, and shipping for improved product profitability and dealer/customer satisfaction.
