Responsibilities
- To assist Sales Managers to generate and analysis sales report and prepare presentation desk needed.
- To provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying.
- To perform data entry and assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- To prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and all marketing relevant documents.
- To assist in trade show and event planning, creating or updating presentation files, tracking budgets and expenses.
- To keep the marketing database up-to-date, importing new data, updating records and performing the necessary cross checks.
- To schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
- To perform other related duties and assignment as required by adapting to competing demand, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
Qualification / Experience Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Have working experience in FMCG industry Commercial awareness, to understand organizational business processes and requirements
- Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia Computer literate with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Power Point, etc. Commercial awareness, to understand organizational business processes and requirements
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 5 months
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
