Role Overview:

This role requires problem-solving skills, technical expertise in Murex, and collaboration with various teams to ensure the smooth execution of EOD processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Murex EOD Support & Optimization – Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Murex EOD workflows to ensure smooth processing.
2. Control-M Job Scheduling – Configure, manage, and enhance Control-M jobs for Murex EOD automation.
3. Database Management – Write and optimize SQL queries to support Murex operations on SQL Server 2012.
4. Incident & Problem Resolution – Investigate and resolve EOD failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement necessary fixes.
5. Collaboration & Documentation – Work closely with internal teams to improve system stability and maintain workflow documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
Hands-on experience with Murex EOD (End-of-Day) processes.
Proficiency in Control-M job scheduling and automation.
Strong knowledge of SQL Server 2012, including query optimization and troubleshooting.
Experience in Windows Server 2012 environments.
Understanding of incident management and problem resolution for Murex support.
Good-to-Have Skills:
Exposure to Murex workflows and integration modules.
Knowledge of performance tuning for SQL queries and batch processing.
Familiarity with automation tools and DevOps practices.
