Requirements

  • Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Operation Management or equivalent.
  • Internship position(s) for duration of 4 to 6 month(s).
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English or Mandarin
  • Able to handle physically demanding work, Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills, Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multi task, with a sense of urgency to make important decisions quickly and effectively

Responsibility
Functions:

  • To support and co-ordinate within team members in the overall business/outlets maintenance to ensure daily activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

The areas will be cover as following

  • HQ/ Existing and New Outlets

Duties and Responsibilities

  • HQ, Outlets and Hostel maintenance
  • Managing outlets equipment and place orders such as kitchen/office equipment, office stationery, etc.
  • Arrange monthly Pest Control Service to all the outlets.
  • Apply and renew the outlet’s business license..
  • Prepare regular reports on maintains, reports on expenses such as outlets utilities expenses, business renewal license/new outlet license.
  • Maintain office facilities, e.g. air-cond, lighting, door system, etc.
  • Maintain office equipment, e.g. photocopier, printing, key phone system, etc.
  • Manage office stationery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM600.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
