Responsibilities: Primary Functions:

Marketing Plan and Execution

Develop and implement innovative marketing plans that align with business objectives and target audience.

Utilize insights from competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for positioning and differentiation.

Collaborate closely with sales teams to execute targeted marketing plans for high-value business customers or corporate accounts, employing tactics like customized content, targeted promotional ads, and direct mail to engage specific customers.

Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring that spend is aligned with business objectives.

Content Creation

Develop and implement a content strategy focused on SEO blog content, relevant landing page information, thought leadership articles, and engaging social media posts to achieve business goals.

Collaborate with the technical team to create technical content like whitepapers, customer stories, and use case studies for specific industries.

Work with graphic designers and video editors to produce visually appealing content, such as infographics, videos, and animations to enhance marketing campaigns.

Social Media Engagement

Develop and manage social media groups for more focused audience interaction. Maintain an active and engaging social media presence, fostering meaningful interactions and brand loyalty.

Track social media metrics and implement tactics to increase user engagement and brand loyalty. 1 Foster a sense of community by nurturing and engaging with customers, facilitating discussions, and addressing their questions.

Campaign Management

Manage marketing campaigns across various channels, using tools like Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, etc.

Utilize automation tools for lead nurturing, email marketing, and customer segmentation.

Create localized marketing campaigns tailored to specific regions.

Collaborate with principal marketing teams to maintain global brand consistency while adapting campaigns to local markets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,399.40 - RM5,000.00 per month
