Job Summary:

We are looking for a Secretary to the Director to provide administrative and clerical support, manage schedules, and assist with daily tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, professional, and able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and set reminders.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations.
  • Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents.
  • Arrange travel, accommodations, and appointments.
  • Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and staff or external parties.
  • Perform general office duties to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
