- Minimum qualifications SPM, Higher Diploma, or BSc/BA in human resource, business administration, social studies, or a relevant field
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Possess own transport
Responsibility
- Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments with employees, addressing problems or grievances.
- Assist in routine HR functions, preparing letters and documents
- Maintain office upkeep, environment, and supplies.
- Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, onboarding, training, and interviews.
- Monitor employee progress, ensuring a positive and productive company culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
