Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications SPM, Higher Diploma, or BSc/BA in human resource, business administration, social studies, or a relevant field
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Possess own transport

Responsibility

  • Conduct regular progress reviews and assessments with employees, addressing problems or grievances.
  • Assist in routine HR functions, preparing letters and documents
  • Maintain office upkeep, environment, and supplies.
  • Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, onboarding, training, and interviews.
  • Monitor employee progress, ensuring a positive and productive company culture.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
