  • Prepare and manage full sets of accounts;
  • Responsible for treasury, cash management and credit control;
  • Responsible in closing of monthly, quarterly, and year-end accounts for the Group managed entities;
  • Responsible in the preparation of Group’s annual budget, statutory reports, and monthly consolidation management report;
  • Coordinates and liaises with both internal and external stakeholders for accounting related matters;
  • Assists in the system enhancements, standardisation of processes, and areas for improvement;
  • Provide professional advice to support strategic decision, policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment strategies, manpower planning and managing change processes as well as providing risk analysis;
  • Setup, perform, monitor, and improve human resources cycle activities such as talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, performance management, human resources information system, compensation, and benefit for the functions to ensure compliance and alignment of company policy, need, and priority;
  • Oversee and coordinate all matters relating to employees’ relations, grievances handling and engagement;
  • Form strong relationships with the management team to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment;
  • Handling HR related functions including payroll, recruitment, interview, job offer & acceptance, onboarding activities, compensation, foreign workers, training, and other HR matters;
  • Ensure alignment to prevailing Human Resource and Industrial Law;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
