- Assist customers with shipment tracking, delivery schedules, and service-related issues.
- Provide accurate information on shipping rates, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalations effectively and professionally.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and case logs in the system.
