Job Scope Summary:
A professional hostess prioritizes providing an optimal customer service experience by being proactive, showing initiative, and enhancing guest satisfaction. Beyond serving food and beverages, the role involves ensuring a complete and enjoyable dining experience through efficiency, punctuality, and a pleasant personality. A hostess must maintain excellent self-presentation, personal hygiene, and possess in-depth knowledge of the products and establishment. Their responsibilities extend across various service areas, including the swimming pool, Gspot, Café 168, and room service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a complete and satisfying guest dining experience, including preparation, service, and clearing.
- Handle reservations, greet guests, and manage seating arrangements.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet.
- Promote cross-selling of other outlets to enhance guest experience.
- Create a memorable and enjoyable experience for guests.
- Focus on key operational areas: guest relations, sales and revenue, and performance standards.
- Demonstrate strong performance in four major areas: guest engagement, technical proficiency, merchandising, and teamwork.
- Contribute to a seamless operation and ensure every guest leaves satisfied.
