Job Scope Summary:
The captain is responsible to serve Food & Beverage to guests in the assigned outlets, provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service in order to maximize guest satisfaction. You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of service to your customers, ensuring they have an exceptional drinking & dining experience. Area of coverage includes swimming pool, Gspot , Café 168 and Room service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure complete order is given to the cashier
2. Ensure all tables are pre-set for service
3. Ensure all mise-en-place is polished, and up to par level
4. Ensure Guest satisfaction while dining in the coffee house
5. Ensure center piece is presentable, if necessary, make adjustment to it
6. Ensure all equipment’s is in working condition
7. To assist in any area of restaurant as in Hands-on manner
8. To check the condition of all tables and trays and inform supervisor of damaged items
9. To check all Guest cheques prior to serving or delivery with order to the Guest or room
10. To assist Cashier when necessary
11. To maintain excellent Guest relationship
12. Listen to Guest complaint and handle immediately on your own or get help from Supervisor or Assistant Outlet Manager
13. To maintain staff team work spirit
14. To perform other assignment given by the Supervisor or Assistant Outlet Manager
