Job Summary:
To assist the Sous Chef and the Head Chef in kitchen planning and the food preparation of the respective Banquet section. The candidate is responsible for collaborating with the Sous Chef to execute the menu planning and to ensure the consistency of the overall food quality.
Job Requirements & Descriptions:
· To assist in coordinating job assignments and cross-training between and within culinary divisions.
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Managing excellence in kitchen hygiene and safety.
· Managing daily stock inventory.
· Excellent organizational, problem-solving solving, and complaint-handling skills.
· Knowledge of HACCP, and HALAL regulations is required.
