Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supplies inventory.
- Handle office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and copiers.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of visitor logs and other necessary reports.
- Assist with various office support tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
