Job Overview: We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Front Office Associate to join our team. The Front Office Associate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience. The role involves handling a range of administrative and office tasks, supporting the smooth operation of the front desk, and assisting with general office management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and staff with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain office cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and office supplies inventory.
  • Handle office equipment, including printers, fax machines, and copiers.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of visitor logs and other necessary reports.
  • Assist with various office support tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
