Job description
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Verify eligible staff to be paid salary every months and prepare necessary documents for management approval.
- Assist in HR related documentations and ensure all documents relevant updates are made as required
- Initiate registration of new staff to relevant statutory bodies.
- Prepare necessary documents for the monthly remittance to the statutory bodies as per their respective procedures and processes.
- Verify and process payment of overtimes, allowances and other staff claims based on the schedules and procedures set by the company.
- Arrange for payment of advance salary or personal loan as and when approved by the Company.
- Liaise with Head of Department or HR Branches on matters relating to wages, allowances and claims made by staff.
- Prepare notification to staff on any updates pertaining to EPF, SOCSO or Income Tax which affect them.
- Attend to any inquiry related to the subject by legitimate party i.e. staff, head of department or statutory bodies.
- Verify documents received from staff and communicate to them for any clarification and documentation required.
- Maintain HR data entry i.e. leave record, medical utilization record, staff advance or job advance taken.
- Office Administrative and HR related tasks.
- Any other ad hoc assignment.
Requirements:
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and expert in HR2000 would be additional advantage
- 2 years of management experience in HR
- Diploma in human resources, business administration, finance, or related field
- Comfortable working in a highly visible role
- Honest, ethical, and dependable
- Experienced in mediation and conflict resolution processes
- Positive, go-getter attitude
- Expert stress management skills and ability to make important decisions under pressure
- Attentive listener; understanding, empathetic, and personable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
