Car Park Executive typically revolves around ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of parking facilities, providing a positive experience for customers, and maintaining high standards of safety, security, and service.

Overall Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Heads of Department (HODs) to ensure compliance with company policies, Health and Safety standards, and statutory requirements, and to support overall car park operations.
  • Ensure smooth traffic flow within the shopping centre, particularly during peak times, by planning alternative routes, directing traffic, and managing car park entry and exit lanes.
  • Assist in handling car park crisis situations, ensuring swift and effective responses to minimize disruption and ensure safety.
  • Oversee car park fee collection processes and manage all car park equipment, ensuring they are operational and secure.
  • Strategically plan and allocate cones, poles, and temporary signage to maintain clear traffic directions, avoid congestion, and improve overall traffic management within the car park.
  • Manage barrier opening and closing times, and regulate parking access for tenants, passengers, hotel guests, and staff.
  • Plan and manage the inventory and purchase of essential car park items, such as barriers, machine parts, cones, and poles, with monthly approvals from the Senior Finance & Admin Manager and Head of Complex.
  • Maintain an organized storage of car park receipts and reports for record-keeping purposes, ensuring compliance with documentation retention policies.
  • Ensure that all parking areas are clean, safe, and available for public use, and that all equipment is consistently in good working order.

General:

  • Maintain and organize the unit’s filing system and respond promptly to customer and visitor inquiries or complaints received by phone, email, or at reception.
  • Provide guidance to the public on parking services, parking appeals, waste collection, and other service-related inquiries.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management, aligned with the skills and responsibilities of this position.

· Ensure all team members are properly dressed and presentable.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
