Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full set of accounts, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and financial reporting.
  • Manage daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, expenses, and financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist with payroll processing and staff claims.
  • Handle hotel-related financial transactions and reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and banks when needed.
  • Accurate invoicing of customers, working closely with the Sales and Reservation Team.
  • Support the management team with administrative and accounting tasks.
  • Prepare journal entry for month end inventory charged out, all entertainment and officers’ checks.
  • Manage other outlet invoicing in a concise and timely manner
  • Perform any other duties assigned and when necessary by Management.

Qualification / Experience Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced/Higher/Graduate Degree in any fields or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years accounting experience.
  • Proficient in accounting software (SQL, AutoCount, or similar).
  • Adept computer skills and proficiency using Hotel PMS programs
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous and highly organised;
  • Capable to solve problems and come up with innovative ways of working.
  • Effective communication is essential to ensure everyone understands the information being shared.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
